As a company we realise not every carpet can be cleaned using the same cleaning system. Natural fibre carpets such as coir, sea grass, dute and some wool carpets can only be cleaned using a dry low moisture compound such as HOST® and Envirodri. 

What is the main system used?

The Host system has been the leading dry carpet cleaning method for over 50 years and is our preferred method of carpet cleaning. It uses a unique technology that deep cleans all types of carpets and is suitable for cleaning high traffic areas such as Airports, Restaurants and Pubs as well as Residential homes and Commercial premises.

What is dry cleaning & how does it work? 



                                                                                                        

Microscopic Sponges are the cleaning agent used in conjunction with the Host cleaning system. They dissolve and trap dirt. It is a natural product that contains a balanced blend of moisture, detergent and a small amount of safe-to-use solvents. The dry clean system is 100% environmentally friendly, non-toxic and safe for children and pets.

Once the sponges are sprinkled onto the carpet, they dissolve and trap grease, oily dirt, spots and odours. The sponges are worked into the carpet then vacuumed leaving the carpet in a clean and pristine condition. 

Because HOST Sponges are a low-moisture cleaner carpets can be walked on during the cleaning process and are ready for use immediately after cleaning, ensuring there is no risk of shrinkage. 

 With dry cleaning It is possible to remove up to 80% of allergens such as dust mites and pollens which is particularly beneficial for people with allergies.
